Help with Accuracy Using Bitcoin Wallet Transaction in a Novel

I'm writing a novel and have a scene with a bitcoin wallet it in.

My question: One of the characters was given a bitcoin wallet with money on it (or do you say with bitcoin on it), and he gives the wallet to another character to conduct certain business. When the character spends some of the money in the wallet, is it possible for the character that gave the other character the wallet to tell when, where, and how much money was moved off the wallet? Is that possible?

I don't want to ask AI because I wouldn't know whether it was hallucinating. My goal is to write an authentic, believable and realistic scene. Thank you if you can help.
