I need to setup an automatic transfer half of usdt trc20 from my wallet to another wallet each time a get topup. How to do it?

I have a wallet where I get a transfers from time to time. I need automation to send half of incoming transfers to another wallet. Usdt trc20. What is the easiest way to setup this automation without owning a server and programming. I was surprised that there is no still tools to create automation for non profi users at the same time the task doesn't sound too difficult. Maybe anyone of you know hot to make a such automation?
