I sent btc to bybit and it didnt go through now I can’t get it back

I need help. Im speaking to help, however help confirms that transaction is confirmed and tht the probelm is from individual using Bybit. Then the wprson contacted Bybit help they usually stated they will’t do anything simply to see that they didn’t get the btc. What the fk am I suppose to do? Where did the money went? Weirdly sufficient second time they did get it, third time I sent small sum they usually acquired it too but fourth time I sent huge sum they usually didn’t get it once more. Anybody had this drawback? I actually need answering
